Two Japanese Ministers Visit 2025 Expo Venue

Japan‘s industry minister,‌ Yoji Muto, and​ the minister for the ‌2025 ⁤World Exposition, Yoshitaka ‍Ito, recently visited the event’s venue⁣ in Osaka for the first time‍ since taking​ office. The‍ ministers expressed optimism about the Expo’s potential to showcase Japan’s various technologies ⁢to the world. Muto stated that they would collaborate with local⁤ businesses ⁤to attract a large number of visitors. Ito also shared plans to carry out promotional activities both domestically​ and internationally.

Accompanied by Hirofumi Yoshimura, governor ‍of‍ Osaka Prefecture, and other local officials, Muto and Ito visited Yumeshima Island where the Expo‍ will be held. Earlier in the day, they met with executives from the Japan Association for ‌the 2025 World Exposition and business leaders from the Kansai ⁢region. During this meeting, they reviewed progress made in efforts to generate ⁣momentum for‍ the ⁢Expo.
