, a star of⁣ the reality TV show Sister Wives, has recently reduced the listing price of her late son‌ Garrison’s residence in Flagstaff, Arizona. The⁢ four-bedroom, two-bathroom home was initially⁣ listed ​for $425,000 in September but has now⁢ been lowered to $399,000 after less than 30 days on the market. As per Arizona’s ‍intestate⁤ succession law, since Garrison had no ⁤spouse or children, the property will go to his deceased parents.

The‍ townhome boasts fresh paint⁤ and vinyl floors. ‍On ​its bottom level, you’ll find a living‌ room with ⁤a​ gas fireplace, a kitchen with a pantry and laundry facilities including a washer dryer. Additionally, there is an ‌office/den⁢ with its own 3/4th bathroom. Moving upstairs ‍reveals four ⁤bedrooms and another full‌ bathroom. The property⁤ also includes a small fenced courtyard and backyard.

Garrison Brown purchased this ‍residence in December 2021 for​ $329,000. Tragically, it ‍was⁤ at this ​very home‌ that his body was⁢ discovered on March 25th. His brother Gabriel Brown‌ also resided in the house alongside him.
