, a star of the reality TV show Sister Wives, has recently reduced the listing price of her late son Garrison’s residence in Flagstaff, Arizona. The four-bedroom, two-bathroom home was initially listed for $425,000 in September but has now been lowered to $399,000 after less than 30 days on the market. As per Arizona’s intestate succession law, since Garrison had no spouse or children, the property will go to his deceased parents.The townhome boasts fresh paint and vinyl floors. On its bottom level, you’ll find a living room with a gas fireplace, a kitchen with a pantry and laundry facilities including a washer dryer. Additionally, there is an office/den with its own 3/4th bathroom. Moving upstairs reveals four bedrooms and another full bathroom. The property also includes a small fenced courtyard and backyard.
Garrison Brown purchased this residence in December 2021 for $329,000. Tragically, it was at this very home that his body was discovered on March 25th. His brother Gabriel Brown also resided in the house alongside him.
