During the second day of the convention, women were seen signing a Kamala sign at Hyatt Regency McCormick Place. Democratic Vice President and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz also addressed the women’s caucus at the same venue. However, there were some protestors who shouted during his speech.
Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg also made an appearance at the convention and delivered a speech to attendees. The United Center in Chicago served as the main venue for the DNC activities.
Other notable figures present at the event included Senator Bernie Sanders from Vermont and former First Lady Michelle Obama. They both gave speeches that captivated audiences.
