RFK Jr.’s Campaign Challenges Court Filing on Trump Endorsement

Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s campaign has clarified that he is not endorsing former President Donald Trump, contradicting a court filing made by the campaign.

A spokesperson for Kennedy informed The Epoch Times that he ⁣is not endorsing Trump.

This statement comes after The Epoch Times obtained a court filing from Kennedy’s campaign that referenced an upcoming “endorsement of Donald Trump for⁣ the office of President of the United States.”

The document was filed in a case questioning whether Kennedy should be included on the November ⁢ballot in Pennsylvania and was released ahead of an address Kennedy had planned ⁢to deliver to the nation,⁣ discussing “the⁢ present historical moment and his path forward.”

Kennedy’s speech was‌ scheduled to take place in Arizona.

Later on Friday, Trump is‍ expected to hold a rally in‌ Glendale with a “special guest,” ‍according ‍to his campaign.

A spokesperson for the Trump campaign did not respond when asked if Kennedy⁤ would be⁢ attending as the special guest. Additionally, Kennedy’s campaign did not provide confirmation ⁣regarding⁢ his attendance⁢ at Trump’s rally when queried about it.

Trump has expressed his openness to receiving an‌ endorsement from Kennedy.

Kennedy initially launched his 2024 bid as a Democrat but has been running as an independent presidential ‍candidate.
