Xavier men’s tennis will kick off the Fall tournament schedule this weekend as they head to Ball State for the 40th Ball State Fall Invite. The tournament, which is a hidden dual format, will also feature teams from Butler, Dayton, and IU Indy in addition to Xavier. It is scheduled to take place from Friday, September 13 through Sunday, September 15.
The first day of the tournament will begin at 10 a.m. ET on Friday and will consist of two rounds of doubles matches and one round of singles matches. Matches on Saturday and Sunday will also start at 10 a.m. ET.
All matches are planned to be held at the Foster Adams Family Tennis Complex/Bill Richards Tennis Courts unless there is inclement weather. In such cases, the matches will be moved indoors to the Northwest YMCA.
Looking ahead, Xavier men’s tennis has another tournament scheduled at Ball State from Saturday, September 28 to Sunday, September 29 where they will face Bellarmine, Butler, and Ball State once again. Additionally, they are set to travel to Purdue for the ITA Regionals from October 10-14.
The Musketeers are gearing up for an exciting season ahead as they participate in these upcoming tournaments.
