Typhoon Pulasan, also referred to as typhoon No. 14, is currently heading towards Okinawa Island and is expected to reach the island tonight, according to the Japan Meteorological Agency. As of midday today, Typhoon Pulasan was moving in a northwest direction at a speed of 30 kilometers per hour. The central pressure of the typhoon measured 992 hectopascals, with maximum instantaneous wind speeds reaching 35 meters per second. It is predicted that Typhoon Pulasan will continue its westward trajectory over the East China Sea.
