Game #221 (Thursday, October 10 2024) – NYT Strands: Hints, Spangram, and Answers

Need help with ⁤NYT Strands today? The theme for Strands⁤ #221 is “Think about it.”⁤ Here are‍ some hints and answers to assist you. The official theme is “Think about‍ it,” and an unofficial hint is “This is getting quite meta.” If you’re still unsure, here are some clue tokens: GROSS, MASS, BLUE, SWAM, MUMBLE, GROW, DIES. If‍ you’re struggling, the connection word starts with ‌’P’ and ends with ‘S.’ Now for the ‍answers:‍ CROSSWORD, MAZE, JIGSAW, JUMBLE, SUDOKU, CRYPTOGRAM. The spangram was PUZZLES. Today’s Strands puzzle was relatively easy due to the two ‘Z’s in the middle of the board. Puzzles was a familiar topic for regular players of Strands and Wordle. I found CROSSWORD in the top-right corner but couldn’t decode anything to its left immediately. ‌Moving on to the‌ bottom⁣ half of the board revealed MAZE and JIGSAW connected⁣ to form a path for JUMBLE. SUDOKU completed the‍ bottom half while CRYPTOGRAM finished off the top left section after some head scratching. Yesterday’s Strands answers can be found in yesterday’s article for game #220 if you missed it.
