Israel Ambassador Condemns Hidankyo Cochair’s Gaza-Post-war Japan Comparison as “Outrageous and Baseless

Mimaki made the ​comments during a press⁣ conference on Friday, stating⁤ that the scenes in Gaza reminded him⁣ of Japan 80 years ago. Nihon Hidankyo recently won the prestigious Nobel Peace Prize ⁤for their⁤ work advocating for A-⁣ and H-Bomb sufferers.⁤ Ambassador Cohen took to social media platform X ​to express his congratulations to Nihon Hidankyo for⁣ their⁤ Nobel Peace Prize win but condemned ⁣Mimaki’s⁣ comparison as ⁣”outrageous and baseless.”
