This blows my mind really because in 2008 there was all the green energy EV hype and all the battery technology they had coming.
Obama even had a short speech on voting for hope that the contracts will go through leading to jobs across America for all workers including apprentices needing to get hours to graduate. Yet every year more and more layoffs… more and more policy changes… and then suddenly they told us they hired too many of us. I remember the other apprentices in our last class being confused as to why they would invest so much into educating us and even some hazing that you probably don't see anymore. Just to try and push us to quit because they didn't know what to do with us?
How about a job not lifting heavy material all day so I can apply my math and splicing skills?
I had my back broken by poor policies and poor leadership.
There was no leadership left by then end, only those forcing you to quit and threatening you if you didn't.
I guess that was the start of DEI hiring before it got popular.
I really still can't make sense of it but I sure put in a record amount of hours trying as the school told me.
A record amount of hours ahead of the class and I still didn't make it…
I still have the scars I got trying to prove myself which sometimes lead to exposing someone doing it wrong.
That did not get me much support but at least most the shops thought I did well exposing those that didn't do well…
What a character building career experience…

there is no end to the machinations this 'deep state" money class who steer US policy with their overpowering equity positions; and have used the public's financing for personal gain while the people remained either unaffected, betrayed, or even put in the bullseye of so called enemies… it should be easy to prove with any law task force who honestly look at the US system to determine that the mainstream media is highly biased and controlled by this SAME money class who steer the public once again for personal gain.
