Tiffany Scurry, the corporate vice president and chief compliance officer at Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., will also be present.
Additionally, Jeff Rittener, who holds the position of chief trade officer and vice president of the International Trade Group at Intel Corporation, has been called as a witness. Shannon Thompson, vice president and assistant general counsel for commercial operations at Texas Instruments, Inc., will also provide testimony.
