Aitana Bonmati has been revealed as the highest rated women’s football player in EA FC 25, surpassing her Barcelona and Spanish teammate Alexia Putellas. EA Sports has finally unveiled the highly anticipated list for the latest edition of the game, which now allows players to create a manager or player career in one of five global women’s football leagues. These leagues include England’s Women’s Super League, the United States’ National Women’s Soccer League, France’s Division 1 Feminine, Spain’s Liga F and Germany’s Frauen-Bundesliga.
In other news, Barcelona’s Caroline Graham Hansen has overtaken Chelsea’s Sam Kerr in the rankings. This change is most likely due to Kerr being out of action for most of last season after suffering an ACL injury.
The new edition of EA FC also introduces a fully featured single-player career mode for women’s football. Players will have the option to retire their women’s professional players and transition into coaching a men’s league.
