A suspicious object, potentially an unexploded bomb, was discovered at a construction site in Nagoya City’s Marunouchi district on Thursday morning. Aichi prefectural police and the city government are currently working to determine the nature of the object. The site is located approximately 700 meters southwest of the Aichi prefectural government building and is undergoing demolition. Construction officials reported that a worker found the object in the soil while removing the building’s foundation.
