Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner visit horror kibbutz near Gaza; Former US Ambassador claims “Oct. 7 would not have happened under Trump”

Donald Trump’s daughter, Ivanka Trump, who is Jewish, made a historic visit to Jerusalem’s Western Wall, which is part of a 2500-year-old Jewish temple. During the same time, she and her husband, Jared Kushner visited Kibbutz Kfar Aza near Gaza and met people affected by the October 7th massacre. They were joined by Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana, and the visit shone a spotlight on the tragic incidents caused by Hamas.

The Kfar Aza community experienced horrific violence and brutality on October 7th, leading to the loss of at least 46 innocent lives. Residents were attacked and subjected to heinous acts by Hamas terrorists, while many more individuals were abducted, forcibly held hostage, and even killed. The incredible suffering endured by the Kfar Aza community was highlighted during Ivanka and Jared’s visit, where they had the opportunity to engage with survivors and families, listening to their emotional stories of loss and pain.

Meeting with prominent individuals such as residents of Kibbutz Maor Morvia, Shahar Shnurman, and Hen Kotler, Ivanka and Jared witnessed firsthand the tragic experiences suffered by many. Jared even expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the soldiers and expressed the humility he felt when hearing about their brave and courageous actions.

Amidst the visit, Ivanka shared her sorrow and hope, stating that witnessing the tragedy of the October 7th terrorist attack touched her deeply. She recounted the heart-wrenching stories shared by victims, families, soldiers, and first responders, and expressed her awe at the enduring spirit of humanity during the darkest times.

In response to the visit and the somber aftermath of the October 7th attack, former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee and American evangelical Christian leaders also visited Kfar Aza. Together, they condemned the heinous actions of Hamas and advocated for the return and safety of hostages still held in Gaza.

Moreover, during the visit, former Ambassador to Jerusalem David Friedman criticized the Biden administration for restraining Israel’s capabilities in fighting against Hamas. He highlighted how support from the United States is crucial for Israel’s stance against terrorist organizations and expressed concern about the limitations imposed by the Biden administration. According to Friedman, the aggressive actions of Hamas would not have been possible if the Trump administration were still in power, as there would have been a clear and unconditional prioritization of Israel’s right and duty to defend itself.

Ultimately, Ivanka and Jared’s visit to the Kibbutz Kfar Aza brought attention to the severe repercussions of the October 7th massacre, the resilience of the affected community, and the urgent need for stronger international support in condemning the actions of terrorist organizations and upholding the safety and security of innocent lives everywhere.
