Tokyo, Nov. 20 (Jiji Press)–Masaharu Ikuta, the first head of Japan Post, a state-run public corporation that preceded Japan’s postal privatization, died of old age at a Tokyo hospital on Nov. 13, Mitsui O.S.K.
