Co-founder Alexander Boehm has stated that Montamo also seeks to have a positive social impact by intentionally hiring and training migrant workers. This is in recognition of the difficulty that migrants face when trying to secure employment in Germany, regardless of their skills or background. Boehm witnessed this firsthand while working for a quick-grocery delivery startup and is determined to ensure that migrant workers’ skills are not wasted.
